Repair costs

Price is for 15 mins labor to remove item, send to repair, estimate fee of $25 for tech to look at it and determine estimated cost and shipping/insurance. once item is received at repair they will call with a estimate of the cost to repair, at this point you will be able to decide if you want to pay to have it repaired. Some items may require more than 15 minutes to remove this would be quoted before work begins,

test, repair or replace OEM  or aftermarket equipment that requires extensive disassembly, setup or testing to determine if it needs repair or replacement. 

Equipment that is covered by a manufacturer warranty through us and was installed by Kartunes MECP tech with our install guarantee.

Please note, manufacturers do not cover damage that was not an equipment failure caused by a manufacturing defect and labor is billed at $135 per hr if warranty and install is voided. if our original installation by our MECP tech is modfied or tampered with the install guarantee is voided. 

All work is at $155 per hr and shipping and handling are not done by us, we do not handle shipping of items or arranging service, this is the customer responsibility to return products to the retailer item was purchased from.

We offer no guarantee or warranty on any item  or installation  that is not purchased from Kartunes new and done by our MECP certified tech..
